I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Innovative Staffing Solutions.

Interview Details – Initial contact you are giving a time to come in and take a test which is geared toward the type of work you are looking for. Such as administrative, or clerical the test would consist of basic Microsoft Word, mathematics, typing test, etc. Upon successful completion you are then scheduled for interview , it was brief and simple. Questions were easy to respond, no tricks, or gimmicks. They are interested in providing the right client with the right company.

Interview Question – What are your strengths and weaknesses? not difficult we all have them .. more so unexpected.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I was hired 2-days after my interview.
