Interviewed Sep 2008 in Irvine, CA (took 2 days)
There were 2 phone interviews. 1 by the direct manager of the team and the 2nd by an architect in the team. Then I was flown down to Irvine and had a 3 hour interview day, during which I was asked to answer a paper based multiple choice Q&A, while explaining to them why I picked such an answer. If you have studied for java certiification, you should do good here. I spoke with Vice President of Operations after the interview.
Overall not especially taxing. It was hard to understand the people interviewing me because of their thick accents. It was a good experience

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

pretty straight forward. phone interview with HR. then meeting with manager and team-lead. it was a veyr quick process. they needed someone on board quickly
