Interviewed Feb 2012 in Fort Lauderdale, FL (took 2 days)
I was recruited at a university job fair and contacted a week after. After a brief phone conversation (who are you, what are you interested in type thing), they scheduled an interview. The interview was very informal and we hardly talked about me or my accomplishments at all. It felt a little like a company sales pitch. It went very well and the interviewer showed me around the office and into the back "bull pen." Each member of the team stopped what they were doing to come shake my hand and say hello which was flattering at first and then got creepy. I was asked to come back for a final interview with a senior regional manager. Two individuals took me to breakfast and we just had a general conversation with a little bit of normal interview stuff thrown in. After the second meeting the regional recruiter called and asked how it went. I expressed concern in the location and asked probably too much about how easy it was to relocate.

It felt like they were selling me about the company, instead of getting to know me, like they wanted me. The people were very young and professional. They didn't ask any basic interview questions at all. Felt weird and unreal, but it happened easily.

sent email through college, heard back two weeks later about a phone screening then set me up for an interview where i met with three people who rushed me and were not interested in what i had to say, and then emailed me declining any further steps the next day.

I applied online through my university's website and was selected for an interview. My interview took place on campus. I had a 30-minute slot, but the interview only took about 15 minutes. The interviewer did not ask a single question about my resume. He talked about how much he likes the company and asked if I had questions. He did ask me to give him my top two locations.
He told me to email him the next morning with my resume, my top two locations (again), and whether I was interested in the position. I did send the email and expressed my interest. Now I'm just waiting to hear back from him.
