Very Easy Interview
I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Insight Global.
Interview Details – Was contacted by phone, minuets after applying for position found on job boards. The recruiter seemed very excited to talk about my experience with a major telecom/IT company. They required "Managerial References" before a scheduled interview. I submitted and was scheduled for interview the next day. Was sent the wrong code in email to complete their intel application. When i got to the interview, i was greeted in the office by a very young attractive girl in a very short skirt, who had no idea who anyone was, or what to do. So i stood there until she looked for the person i had an appointment with. I was put in a room and waited about a half hour past the scheduled time, until my contact person walked in. When he came in, he shook my hand and said - sorry - the position you are here for was filled last week. My first contact was 2 days prior to interview, why did they not tell me the job was filled at that time. So, my interviewer said, we wanted to have you in to see if we could find something else for you and didnt want to cancel. (fair enough, but again, the job i was interviewing was gone before they initially contacted me). So i went home hopeful of hearing from them again. I sent a Thank You email, and waited... about 2 months later, I had lunch with my old manager who asked me... "who was that group...Insight Global" you sent in? I was shocked and then found out, they used my reference list to contact managers who agreed to talk about me in an interview, but when they got in, they didnt discuss me at all, they picked all the managers for information on being a recruiter for their team. 2 managers at my former position I talked to said the same thing, and included how unethical and unprofessional they were. Two very young guys, and a young girl in a night club looking skirt. The two guys that were there kept yelling across the room during one meeting to tell the girl to stop flirting with everyone. My overall impression was they used me to get into my former company to promote themselves.
Interview Question – There were really no questions during the interview, they pretty much wanted the Managerial Reference list, and told me the job was filled before my interview was scheduled. I had more questions for them, than they did for me. Answer Question

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Insight Global in January 2014.
Interview Details – as i am interviewing the company i measure the people who are interviewing me to see if i can learn from them and try to make sure that we will all work effeciently as a team. I ask allot of questions about day to day work flow and determine if they are under staffed or if i am going to be a good addition to the team. I am completely honest in my answers meaning if they ask about a specific skill and i don't know it then i will tell them i don't know but am able to figure it out and willing to learn what they are looking for.

I applied through a recruiter and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Insight Global in December 2013.
Interview Details – I was contacted by a recruiter from HR via linkedin message, where we scheduled a phone interview for the following week. We talked extensively about my background, what type of environment I wanted to work in, etc. I was then asked to come in when I came home over Thanksgiving break from school (my final semester of college in Arizona). I went to their Morristown offices and met with one of their sales directors. Incredibly nice guy, very skilled speaker who know everything about the company and seemed very passionate. We talked again, about my background, what I knew about the company, why I wanted to be in sales, etc. Because I was not very interested in the company itself, I did not do as much background research as I should have but thats ok. I used it more for professional interview practice for the near future... luckily I just received a job elsewhere. The interview went well though, but not well enough according to them. I was not called back for a final interview, but it seems as if this company is a solid one... if you can be happy doing what they do.
