During a career fair, I have met the company's representatives and discussed about the company's culture, mission and job requirements / tasks.
I have then applied to the company (via referral) and got a phone interview a couple of days later. Phone interview was more high level and about my education, interests, goals, aspirations...
2 days later I have received an 1:1 interview invitation.
The interview was based on a personality test, Resume review, real life situations discussions etc... nothing technical or sales related.
Got the job the same day.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
