Interviewed May 2011 (took 6 weeks)
The interview process was well planned and consited of a detail phone interview followed by in person interviews. Expectations were clearly explained throughout the process.
Questions were asked around management style, approach to serving clients, building relationships and team work. The company has great benefits and everyone I taked with had great things to say about the company and the quality of work provided to the clients they serve.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took a day)
1. Online test was actually relevant to the job position (remarkable)
2. HR phone interview was not very clear on position location. Promised one thing and went to interview with different office position being offered.
3. Sales position is a truly unsupported role at company, it's truly a self selling environment with literally no more than a phone and your ambition. Good for some folks, not for me.
4. Does provide money to get started, but generally seems like a churn and burn for sales people because of lack of any support and plenty of HR/liability rules that prohibit sales to all but the most profitable industries.
5. Interviewers were very honest and open about the position and the challenges thereof.

1st call from Recruiter in Houston; she was professional. She scheduled the telephone interview with the San Antonio Recruiter,& She was unprofessional, uneducated, disinterested, and curt. Interviewed May 2008 (took 2+ weeks)
Interview process was pretty simple. Met with a manager and a co-manager and they explained business and asked sales experience. Pretty nice and easygoing. They wanted to be sure I would be aggressive and cold calling. They want someone that will go door to door in buildings and do a lot of phone calls.
The second interview was with a higher up manager and he tried to persuade me to not consider the job because it would be too hard and the sales cycle was not easy. If you stick to your guns on this take away interview you'll be fine.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Los Angeles, CA (took 5 weeks)
1. Company recruiter calls and conducts phone screen, asks me to complete on line application
2. Recruiter sets up apointment with District Manager s/he approves
3. DM was a no show
4. Scheduled a new time through recruiter
5. DM was distractyed; asked standard questions; no behavioral interview questions!
6. DM says he "likes me" but has to interview more candiates.
7. I follow up with recruiter who tells me the manager wants a background check and on line sales assessment (by Brooks Group assessment, not very good, in my judgement).
8. It's now over three weeks since the interview. Recruiter insisrs the DM wants to make offer.
9. Recruiter calls and makes offer over the phone: $70k base plus commissions, no phone, no expenses, they provide a Lenovo laptop and a 5 X 5 cubicle.
10. I accept and wait for the DM to call with the onboarding info.
11. A clerical calls with my start date.
12. The DM is "busy" on my first day and doesn't show up till day 3.
13. I accepted another offer and left after 5 days.
There is no marketing, no propsect data base; reps dial all day and thats what they teach in their in-house created training prgram
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Terrible treatment from the manager, poor working materials and conditions, a general lack of respect for new sales reps from a sales organization.that says they only hire professionals and calls itself "professiona.l"
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in Minneapolis, MN (took 2 weeks)
Regional manager was very clinical - very analytical and cut and dry. I left the interview asking myself if that was really a manager that I'd want to work for (and I work well with most people).
I didn't get the callback - frankly I was probably light on # of years worth of experience, but I feel like the hiring manager never really even gave himself the chance to look past that and look at my track record and depth of experience as he should have, and instead he seemed to have his mind made up from the start.
No worries, I don't think I would've liked working under him anyhow.

Interviewed Apr 2009 in Glendale, CA (took 2 weeks)
I met with the Glendale, CA office. I met with the Area Manager and the top Business Consultant.
In the beginning, I had a phone interview and was moved to the next step of the hiring process (Face to Face) with the Area Manager. Everything went well, and I was moved to the 2nd interview with the Top Business Consultant of the branch. He informed me that I would be recommended, but I never heard back from the company ever again.
I called and left message, and no return calls. I tried the Area manager, about 3 times, leaving messages....on return. I finally got a hold of the Top business consultant. He said that he recommended me, and if the area manager did not call me, it was probably not going to happen.
