I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Institute of Reading Development in June 2011.
Interview Details – The process starts with 2 phone interviews with 2 different supervisors. If you pass, you move on to one day of in person training. After that you start several days of at home training involving reading, taking online quizzes, watching DVDs, and conference calls. If you pass, you spend 4 days at in person training (they will fly you to the location) where you must present part of a lesson to supervisors and other trainees. If you pass, you move on to a few more days of at home training.
Your feedback has been sent to the team and we'll look into it.
