Interviewed Aug 2010 in Austin, TX (took a day)
Had the traditional phone screens followed by an on-site interview a week later. Had 8 1-on-1 interviews that lasted a whole day. The interview wasn't tough and consisted of questions from my resume. There were questions on VLSI Design, Low Power Concepts, Algorithms, Computer Architecture, VLSI Testing, Design Automation, C++ and Verilog. On the whole a satisfying experience.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Santa Clara, CA (took a day)
Met with 4 engineers and the manager of the team. The entire day took roughly 5 hrs to go through (1hr each, with an interview conducted over lunch). The 4 engineers all asked technical questions about layout, but somewhat basic and easy to pass for someone with the right background.
