Interviewed Nov 2010 in Hillsboro, OR (took a day)
I first passed a phone screening and the onsite interview was scheduled right away on phone. The 6-hour interview consisted of a group interview, a technical interview, a team interview, a lecture about their group, and a presentation. About 6-7 people attained my presentation and asked questions. They asked technical questions and behavior questions (like team work). They also let me ask them questions. I talked to more than 10 people on that day.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Chandler, AZ (took 1 week)
Received an email from the hiring manager that my resume had been found on an industry website, and asked my interest in a phone interview, without any description or mention of the position being interviewed for. Phone interview was very straightforward and only asked about the research/work experiences listed on my resume. Was invited to apply for the position and invited out for an onsite interview a few weeks later. Was notified of the onsite interview date only 4 days ahead of time.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Vancouver, BC (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
After a short 30 minutes phone interview on my previous experiences, I was contacted for an in-person interview. I was then interviewed by the manager and team lead. I was asked about my resume and previous experience. A lot of behavioral questions and a few technical questions regarding previous experience. The interviewers were friendly. Also got a lot of hypothetical questions too.

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took a day)
My initial communication was with the hiring manager over the phone. The next phone screen was done by one of the team members and was technical but with standard questions that were expected.
The planning of the interview was very organized through email although as with many companies the online application took at least an hour to fill out.
The in-person interview lasted all day and included hour long meetings and detailed technical interviews with the team as well as a group interview during lunch. The team members were all sharp and very enthusiastic about their work. Only one was slightly condescending possibly because I had no idea regarding that employee's area of specialty.
