Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Nov 2010 – Reviewed Dec 3, 2010
Interview Details – I was contacted by Intel a few days after submitting my application, resume, cover letter, and other documentation. Immediately after confirming my continued interest in the position, I was asked to perform a phone interview consisting of a skills/education test (questions based on my education) as well as a behavioral test (questions based on common sense). The questions were not outlandishly difficult or complex, mostly just to verify I went to school for what I said I did. (hint: I did) An hour or two after completion of the phone interview, I was contacted by a supervisor, who offered a little more description of the job and asked about my availability. I was then asked to come in for an interview, which was 6 days later. This was a 3:1 panel interview (2 on the panel were people I had spoken on the phone with). More semi-technical questions to test problem solving strategies and the like. I was then interviewed by another supervisor and sent home. 4 days later I received a call with an offer and accepted.
