Interview Details – The position and hiring process was exclusive to recent college graduates through the university. The application was submitted through university system> I was notified a few days later that I was an invited for an interview at the expected date and time later that week. The interview process included two back-to-back 1-on-1 interviews with different recruiters. I was notified 2 weeks later through the university system that I would not be invited for a second interview.
Interview Question – The majority of the interview consisted of behavioral questions. There were some technical questions mixed, but these were designed to tease out behavior and cultural fit as well. Answer Question

Interview Details – This lady that interviewed me was a very nice lady. She first started the interview asking me behavioral based questions such as, what are you strengths and weaknesses. I was able to answer those fairly easy. The technical questions came next. I was asked what type of analysis I would do to analyze a micron sized particle and the basis of the scanning electron microscopy. Overall, the interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Interview Details – Hiring Panel of 4 people asking Behavioral questions.
Interview Question – Communications and leadership go hand in hand. Give me an example of a time when your communication skills were powerful enough to enable you to influence the way others thought or acted, even in a very difficult situation. View Answer
Negotiation Details – It was a phone call of offer, but I countered. I had to be creative, hiring bonus, stock options, 6 months review with salary raise guarantee if I hit specific deliverables.

Interview Details – One phone interview, followed by on-site interview. 6 rounds of interview by various teams in the same department. Questions mostly from previous work experience, projects done in Graduate school. Every round had Questions testing soft skills. Questions about basic cmos logic, pipelining, cache architecture.

Interview Details – I was applied through university career website and was selected for campus interview. There were two interviews 45 mins long one after another. The interviewers were warm and friendly and asked mostly the behavioral questions. Second interviewer asked some finance related questions about ROI, NPV and WACC.

Interview Details – Started with submission of resume, got a phone call and on site interview was scheduled. Nice accommodation and rental car, one on one with managers to understand job requirements. Managers try to be as realistic as possible and inform you of all the challenges of the job.
Interview Question – The interview are very simple and straightforward. Mostly they would like to know what you did in grad school and what were your major contributions. Answer Question

Interview Details – Submitted my resume at intel.com/jobs. I got an email about a week later setting up a phone interview. My interview was scheduled for an hour but one of the manager's couldn't make it so it was only about 30 minutes. He asked me a few questions about data structures mostly and times when I've worked on a team and how I would have improved that experience. I was told they would get back to me with the decision. A couple days later I got an email to set up a phone interview. They set my start date to about a month later, and I began packing.
Interview Question – Describe a time that you have worked with someone you didn't like and how you would act differently if that happened again? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation, the offer was excellent for an internship
