Interviewed Dec 2010 in Folsom, CA (took a day)
We set up a time that was convenient to me, he started off with the technical interview which took about 45 minutes. Then he explained about the position in more detail. Allowed for some time for me to ask questions about the job. Overall he was very nice and gave me the time to think over the questions. The only thing that bothered me was that there long silent pauses on his side after I answered a question, I guess it's there to make you doubt your answers.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Folsom, CA (took a day)
Interviewed a group of 3 people in the cafeteria area. Interview was really easy. Asked me basic questions off of my resume and asked about myself. No technical questions really. 4 others were also interviewing at the same time as me. They called us up one by one asking us different questions as the other waited at a different table. Overall was the easiest interview I've ever been on.

It was difficult. Many smart people at Intel. It was geared through Computer architecture, C/C++, algorithm and data structure. Manger asked some puzzle question too.

I had two Phone interviews. The interview was 1 hour and 0.5 hour each and consisted of basic C programming questions including bit manipulation, standard C questions. The C++prog q was in detail with detail questions on STL libraries,DS and linkedlist
After a week I had the HR call me for setting up the Onsite interview which was long and had series of interviewers. Each tested my skills on programming, Video codes knowledge, Compiler optimization, basic OS concepts. I did fairly but got a reject after a week.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Folsom, CA (took a day)
They spent most of the time asking technical questions about NAND flash and semiconductor physics. The semiconductor physics part may be the hardest part. They asked how they worked. What's the benefits of NAND flash versus hard drives, what kind of problems might occur in NAND flash that we may encounter. They also asked if I've ever worked with a group. At the end they mentioned they wanted someone for 6 months (summer and fall) but I wasn't able to do that.
