Interviewed Apr 2010 in Washington, DC (took 5 months)
First, HR contacts you and you take a personality test. Then you are invited to a panel interview with 5 managers. They will ask you to go over your CV, and how can you apply what you learned to the position you are interviewing for. Some technical questions covering structured finance, such as ratios, etc.
