Sales Trainee Interview

Sales Trainee

I applied through college or university and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at InterContinental Hotels.

Interview Details – I found the job opportunity in a job fair that was held in my school. After I sent my CV and motivation letter, they called me for an interview. It took about an hour, where they tested my language skills and asked some personal questions. We were sitting in the bar of the hotel and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. The interviewer said I should prepare a power point presentation about myself in English for the next interview but they called me a week later to say that I can come to the interview without the presentation and two other ladies asked me some questions. The next day they called me and said that I was hired.

Interview Question – They told me to speak about which restaurants I would recommend to guests coming to Budapest. Since I haven't lived in Hungary for to long and I wasn't applying for a Concierge job it was quite unexpected.   View Answer
