Interview Details – I have gone through a process of 5 interviews and 2 exams:
Interview order was as follows:
1. HR Specialist - first interview
2. English Proficiency Exam
3. HR Director - second interview
4. Quality and Training Manager - third interview
5. Skills Test
6. Resident Manager - fourth interview
7. Salary Offer - accepted
8. General Manager - fifth interview
9. Accaptance by the firm
Overall, it's been a long process but it was useful for me to get to know the company, as well as they could gather detailed information about my background.

Interview Question – Tell me a workday that your performance was really high, what was the reason? What motivated you?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – Range of salaries were fixed before, so there was no ground for negotiation.
