Hiring process not very automated and very tedious. Not very professional hiring manager. HR is not very tuned into corporate headquarters and everything seems to be run by people who are not familiar with the job position you get to the actual interview. Its seems that the president is making all the decisions, while the people interviewing have very little feedback
