Interviewed Feb 2011 in Indianapolis, IN (took a day)
Emails between recruiting team and my referral. Then had around a 4 hour interview with 5 different people. Mostly general technology questions and personality/customer service questions. They give NO feedback on your answers and are told to do so. This is intimidating. Work culture is very lax.

I was told not to even attempt to counter offer because they have so many applicants willing to take less.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
