Interviewed Mar 2010 in Cincinnati, OH (took a day)
I applied on line and received an email time to interview in person at the office. They were a very friendly bunch and we hit it off quickly. I was given a paper skills test and spoken with by Manager of office and HR. I was offered a job on the spot but declined because of pay rate vs. job duty and driving range.
Very nice people and office, but clients served could be sketchy at times and I felt I could be put in danger.
I think there is a high turnover rate due to pay and staff support for RNs.

Interviewed Oct 2010 (took 1 week)
I was only interviewed once by one lady. She was very busy because she was the only one in the office at the time. She asked me all the average questions when going into an interview. Then she started asking me more about skills and what some terms meant. She then had me take a test in which I had remember some material and read some from articles she had included in the test. Overall, the test was very simple. Once the test was done and looked over, the interview was completed.

Normal interview process, minus the phone interview. I did have to do a skills test for the position.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
At the time I was hired, the agency was desperately seeking aides. I was in nursing school at the time and I was basically an automatic hire. I had one interview and then proceeded to orientation. They appreciate professionalism and flexibility.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Ocala, FL (took 3 weeks)
After many weeks of talking over the phone then in person it has still taken a good it of time to actually start working. The one time I was called around 4:30 PM in the afternoon to work that night 7P to 7A. Then called back and was told that there was not enough time for the Hospital to perform an orientation for that shift that night.
