Interviewed Jun 2011 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 1 week)
I spoke with the hiring manager initially on the phone and setup a time for the interview. I was interviewed by the Team Lead, Manager, Systems Architect, and Senior Storage Engineer of the storage team. The interview lasted a little over an hour and consisted of some very techinical questions as well as "getting to know you questions." After this I had to get a blood test, drug test and background check. Once that passed I was hired.

Interviewed May 2009 (took a day)
Basic questions, nothing too intense. Could tell that the job was being given to someone else no matter how well I interviewed. Total waste of time. It's what they do to get around requirements.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Scottsbluff, NE (took a day)
I realize that we are in a hiring slump, but I am tired of getting the shaft when it comes to interviewing with this company. I have worked with them for several years and can't seem to switch jobs within the company. I feel bad for anyone that has not been a part of the company currently or previously. I call them the 'Evil Empire', because that is what I think they are. They give you small talk at the beginning part of the interview to try and 'calm' you down, I guess. They then, one by one, take you in to a room to do a one on one interview. (mind you there are anywhere from 8-30 candidates) so you don't have much of a chance. I wish that they would pick the top 10 of their candidates and not waste my time. If they don't find one in that 'cream of the crop' then they could ask for more interviews... I hate it when they waste my time... this is not the first interview with them... not sure why I keep bothering with them... oh yeah, I still work for them.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Provo, UT (took 2 days)
They asked if I had integrity, and how long I wanted to be with the company, and how hard I would work for them by asking if I was usually on time to places and if I would work holidays and things of that nature. They asked what my aspirations were in the health care industry and what more schooling I was planning to take to pursue that

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 2+ weeks)
The connection was made through an industry trade show where we recognized a mutual interest in each other. Following multiple conversations over plans for development of the position and expectations for what the position may hold, an agreement was made to follow up in person with a site visit. Arrangements for the site visit were made very easily and following a thorough interview process that included a 30 minute presentation an offer was made and accepted.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Salt Lake City, UT (took a day)
The interview is was your basic interview with the team leader, manager and another employee. Basic questions and a general feel for personality seemed to be the basis of the interview. since it as an entry level position no technical questions or tests were given. Being positive and compassionate seemed to help quite a bit.
