Interviewed Feb 2008 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 2+ weeks)
The connection was made through an industry trade show where we recognized a mutual interest in each other. Following multiple conversations over plans for development of the position and expectations for what the position may hold, an agreement was made to follow up in person with a site visit. Arrangements for the site visit were made very easily and following a thorough interview process that included a 30 minute presentation an offer was made and accepted.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Salt Lake City, UT (took a day)
The interview is was your basic interview with the team leader, manager and another employee. Basic questions and a general feel for personality seemed to be the basis of the interview. since it as an entry level position no technical questions or tests were given. Being positive and compassionate seemed to help quite a bit.

Interviewed Jun 2007 (took 2 weeks)
The hiring process was not at all difficult. I was made to feel very comfortable, and at ease. There were two rounds of interviews with two individuals in each round. The whole process took about a week and a half to complete. All in all the process was very simple and easy.
