Basic questions, nothing too intense. Could tell that the job was being given to someone else no matter how well I interviewed. Total waste of time. It's what they do to get around requirements.

Why have you not worked in this ____ department by now?
Do you know ____(person)? This went on for some time and I felt it was to gauge my connections in the hospital.
