Interviewed Sep 2010 in Riverton, UT (took 1+ week)
I already worked for the company in a different position. The process was great however every job interview I have had with the company has taken a very long time between the application and the acceptance.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 1 week)
I spoke with the hiring manager initially on the phone and setup a time for the interview. I was interviewed by the Team Lead, Manager, Systems Architect, and Senior Storage Engineer of the storage team. The interview lasted a little over an hour and consisted of some very techinical questions as well as "getting to know you questions." After this I had to get a blood test, drug test and background check. Once that passed I was hired.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Salt Lake City, UT (took 2+ weeks)
The connection was made through an industry trade show where we recognized a mutual interest in each other. Following multiple conversations over plans for development of the position and expectations for what the position may hold, an agreement was made to follow up in person with a site visit. Arrangements for the site visit were made very easily and following a thorough interview process that included a 30 minute presentation an offer was made and accepted.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Salt Lake City, UT (took a day)
The interview is was your basic interview with the team leader, manager and another employee. Basic questions and a general feel for personality seemed to be the basis of the interview. since it as an entry level position no technical questions or tests were given. Being positive and compassionate seemed to help quite a bit.
