Director Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
I applied in-person and the process took 4 days - interviewed at International Security Management Group in June 2010.
Interview Details – Application in person. On-site interview with HR and Assistant General Manager. There was a 3 day training. Drug test. Background check. After offer was extended and accepted I was assigned to an account. Approximately 2 days of on the job training. The are 13 on line training modules that can be completed in 2 days or less. The company has quarterly training for it's Directors and supervisors.

Very Easy Interview
Field Manager Interview (Neutral Experience; Very Easy Interview)
I applied in-person and the process took 1 week - interviewed at International Security Management Group in January 2011.
Interview Details – There is no follow through with the human resource manager, have seen good qualified people not called. Typically face to face interview, back ground check, 3 days training no pay. Drug screen on second day of training. If you say or do something they don't like in training class told not to return. No justification to location they send you can have you travel 20-50 miles to a location when they could have placed you at an opening closer to tour home. After all that sent to a site to be trained paid minimum wage, which can and will happen at each site you go to regardless to experience.
