The people doing the interview were nice enough but, the interview lasted 8 hrs. I felt like i was getting grilled for a PhD thesis.

It was a positive experience. Good manager, with many knowledgeable co workers.
The HR person was helpful. The questions were good. They answered my questions candidly.
The phone interview was efficient. The offer process was direct.
This is a good company to work for. They have internal referral program, so if you know someone, it is easier to get a friendly interview. The place seems to foster good innovation and career development.
If you are looking for a good place to work, consider this company.

Massive process, lasting multiple sessions for several days and different locations. Very poorly managed, a complete waste of time as they did not get what they were looking for, and neither I did.
