I applied in-person and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Interstate Batteries in January 2010.
Interview Details – Pretty much if you say you can do the job, they will give you a chance to prove yourself. Once hired, they rule with micro-management.
Negotiation Details – Not really a negotiation, this is what we pay!!
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Interstate Batteries in June 2012.
Interview Details – I think it was fair just long.
Negotiation Details – easy my recruiter did it all.
I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Interstate Batteries in March 2010.

The process took 2 days - interviewed at Interstate Batteries in February 2008.
Interview Details – Interview was like a fireing squad. One of the interviewers asked me a particular technology question which i answered correctly, but it was not the answer he was looking for. He proceeded to tell me i was wrong and i argued with him. Needless to say i was not impressed with the skill set of the interviewing panel.
