Pointed out prior experience working in teams in large companies. However, since the interviewer in question appeared maybe 10 years younger than I, I suspect that the comment was more age or experience related than managability related.

Interview Question for System Engineering at Raytheon:

Interviewer expressed a concern that since prior experience was with a small company with a lot of freedom that I might not be possible to manage. I assume that this was to mean that they thought I might not be able to be part of a team.
