    Interview

Slow to give answers but you could get the job with one interview with the business plus one with HR. Actually, I did one interview with the managers and a very long test with the HR. The test is a kind of role game you play on the computer, where you will be required to choose paths to follow, to organize your time and focus on objectives.

I was contacted inhouse by a former colleague who told me about the job. I had several interviews with a panel, and then with the top manager one to one. I was interviewed also by an outside company, HR (ie. such as Mercer..) who did an assessment test of me (social skills, etc), and did presentations about my work skills related to job.
