Getting an Interview
Sales Interview (Negative Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied online and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Intivia in December 2008.
Interview Details – 2 interviews one by phone the other with managers-
Interview Question – they have no insight so a lot of inappropriate questions- interview was very long- false promises and not what they seem at all! Answer Question
Negotiation Details – no negotiation they gave me what I wanted but expected me to work very long hours- commute was horrible- office was very dirty and unkept- management has unrealistic expectations- no breaks very poor office morale
Senior Software Engineer Interview (Negative Experience; Average Interview)
I applied in-person and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Intivia in May 2013.
Interview Details – I was reached before 5 mins and impressed with the building. but my impression broken in next half an hour when there was no body to attend me, neither office boy nor receptionist nor HR. I have not been offered a glass of water even. Without AC or fan, i was sweating like anything. After half an hour HR lady came and took me inside. After formal intro, she handed over me to technical person, whose knowledge was good and asked me questions good number of questions
Interview Question – It was during last round for salary. Since you are already earning more than our upper limit, will you negotiate in that, since this is your home town? View Answer
Reason for Declining – I have inquired about the company and found, there is very poor management and dirty politics.
Bond is just single sided but ratio of firing people without any reason is too much high. There is no job security at all.
Even not any employee beneficiary policy.
mobile phones are not allowed. lockers & cafeteria are on third floor and worst hr and admin make you climb the stairs min. 5 times a day.
Current employees are also aggressively looking for a change but half of them are under bond, so they cannot move
Medical Transcriptionist Interview (Positive Experience; Average Interview)
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Intivia in April 2012.
Interview Details – Interview process is through written test and test of transcription skills. The HR round is after that and it will be about salary and other work details that you have to comply with. The hiring is done by HR manager as well as the production manager. The interview process takes close to 30 to 45 minutes.

Interview At Intivia Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied through a recruiter and the process took a day - interviewed at Intivia in October 2012.
Interview Details – I read reviews on Glass Door when I got call from this Company. Was double minded whether to go or not as the reviews here were not good.
Still I reached on time. Immediately one HR met me and began process without waiting too long.
Overall interview procedure was smooth.
During 1st round with HR, I was informed about Company, Job role, Policies everything very clearly.
1st time experience of Interview was good where everything was transparent.
Interview Question – Nothing much difficult but this was a different Interview. It was more of general discussion about so many things. Answer Question
