was contacted by in-house HR person regarding the open sales position. Had initial phone interview with HR, then Sales Manager and Director of Sales. Was offered position within 1 week.

I couldn't understand what type of company is it? My first interview was easy, I answered all of the questions he asked me. Then we scheduled another time for next week to go forward. But he never called me. I called him and left a voicemail but he didn't called me though. It was weird and time consuming.
