The process took 1+ week - interviewed at Invesco Aim in September 2011.

Interview Details – First cycle is to meet with a recruiter who is your entry point into the HR world at Invesco. Then, the recruiter forwards your information to the group that is actually hiring for the position; they conduct an orientation to Invesco (groups of approximately 8 - 10 interviewees, and 5 - 6 interviewers). Then, a 2:1 interview (Invesco to candidate), scripted interview is functionally based, and then a tour of the office.
