First cycle is to meet with a recruiter who is your entry point into the HR world at Invesco. Then, the recruiter forwards your information to the group that is actually hiring for the position; they conduct an orientation to Invesco (groups of approximately 8 - 10 interviewees, and 5 - 6 interviewers). Then, a 2:1 interview (Invesco to candidate), scripted interview is functionally based, and then a tour of the office.

Got interview through school web site, was selected and spoke to HR at the school, after which were total 2 interviews. Phone interview was behavioural, Group interview was also more behavioural, spoke about my resume, prior work experience
