Interviewed at least 3 times with same person. Mainly an information grabbing experience and not so concerned about how I planned to be successful. Not very informative about how they as a firm would be of any help. Did not disclose costs associated with being an advisor for the firm.

Was contacted through a recruiter who organized the first interview. Prior to interview I was required to fill a computer-based personality test. I was given some collateral materials and CD describing the position and experiences of other financial advisors to decide whether I would be interested in such a role. I was then invited to a second interview.
