Interviewed Aug 2010 in Whitby, ON (Canada) (took 3 weeks)
It was a very positive experience. The Division Director told me about the position, the commission structure, bonus programs, etc. I felt well prepared to take on the role. One comment he made at the 3rd interview was, "Well you're still here so I guess you must be interested!" It was as much me interviewing the company to see if it would be a good fit, as them interviewing me. As I scored very high on the personality test for suitability for the position, the decision was pretty much left up to me if I wanted to pursue it.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Edmonton, AB (Canada) (took 6 months)
the advice will be just be yourself. There is no point in getting into this career unless you can make it. Your interview will depend on the person who hires you. but the standard process is; initial contact through a referral or a job posting - then a personality test,- based on your results they will proceed further with individual1:1 and then possible group interview

Interviewed May 2010 (took 6 months)
Interviewed at least 3 times with same person. Mainly an information grabbing experience and not so concerned about how I planned to be successful. Not very informative about how they as a firm would be of any help. Did not disclose costs associated with being an advisor for the firm.

Interviewer was busy. I was offered a package of brochures. Position requires $6000 in training fees. Operating costs are listed as more than $7000 per year (not including long distant charges, photocopies, benefit plan, stationery). This job does not pay a salary, it's based on commission and bonuses.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 weeks)
First interview was just an info. session, so Division Director told me about I-G and the nice thing was, did not sugar coat it. Told me it was very tough in first year for many and it takes long hours and can get frustrating. However, said the in long term, huge potential and became more detailed.
Second interview consisted of a very basic formal interview, no questions were asked that were unexpected in an interview.
Third interview was the approval of my employment and details on schedule and required schooling licensing etc.
Interview Questions
Name a time you were required to do something challenging and how did it go?
Negotiation Details
Very easy as income and hours are completely up to you.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed May 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 4 weeks)
The whole process I found very professional. I was originally invited to a seminar which I thought was a nice touch. It was a layed back way to find out more about the company. I think more companies should follow this example. I was then invited in for 2 face to face interviews. Each time, the manager I was interviewing with was very professional and made me feel at ease. They answered all of my questions. I was especially impressed with the level of support and genuine empathy.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took 3 days)
The hiring process was extremely slow they allow me to take the test but they wont give me the offer until i passed the course wich it took me over a month, i was very annoyed for it. i will tell any one who wants to start a career in this place to get the license or to have a lot of time to study. because if you are planning to have a check , this is not a way to start. do not believe that having a lot of family of friends will helps you to start having clients. this kind of contact are the most difficult to work with.
