Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Jun 2007 – Reviewed Jun 1, 2009
Interview Details – Heard of the company through a friend. Took her out to lunch to learn more about the company. Met boss + rest of the team informally at first, then formal interview process started. Completed a phone interview with HR manager (first screening process) then came to local office and had a 1 on 1 interview with boss, then additional interviews with 6 members of the team. Last, 2 members of the team took me out to lunch informally to judge whether I would fit with their corporate culture.
