Afterwards I had the opportunity to ask questions to get a better understanding of the position and the company. Next steps were discussed. I am still in the process.

Very Difficult Interview
I applied online and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Ipswitch in July 2011.
Interview Details – I saw the ad on craigslist.com. I applied. HR person called and did a phone interview. She said it sounded like I'd be a good fit considering my previous experience as a help desk/tech support agent. I went to the interview a few days later. First of all I was in a shirt and tie. Everyone there was in shorts and t shirts. I wish the HR person had disclosed this. I looked like a goof. They then proceeded to hammer me with very advanced technical and programming questions. That I could not answer. One of the interviewers was very rude and condescending. Apparently what was in the job description on the site was nowhere near what they were looking for. The description made it sound like a entry level/Tier 1 position when they were looking for level 2 advanced. So I was made to look like a fool because the HR woman knew nothing about the position. Terrible experience.
Interview Question – They asked a lot of them and I couldn't answer them. Answer Question
