Accepted Offer – Interviewed in May 2010 – Reviewed Jan 20, 2011
Interview Details – Based on my application I submitted my latest resume and it was reviewed. Then they contact me for a technical interview based on my ability for instrumentation engineering/design for Oil & Gas Refineries including offshore platforms. It took 1 1/2 hours of technical interview done by the mangers of instrument group.
Interview Question – Can you be a Lead Instrument Engineer ? Can you handle our engineers and designers including draftsmen ? Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I did not negotiate anything based on their offer for me.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took a day.
