    Application

I applied through college or university – interviewed at JKT (Calcutta (India)) in December 2013.

    Interview

The first round was aptitude with very easy english letter writing, comprehension solving, then quantitative sums, very easy programs.
The next round was checking of mother tongue influence.
And the final round was the HR asking us to speak on something for two minutes. I was asked the plot to a popular Hindi movie if you'd believe me.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ monthsinterviewed at JKT (Noida (India)) in April 2010.

    Interview

Hiring and interview process is quite easy. Questions are asked mainly on the resume and experienced based questions and the real time working questions. For testers there are hardly any qualified people who can interview the people any more as everyone is leaving this bad place to work.

    Interview Questions

    • Depends upon the interviewer's mood and if you are the relative of the interviewer you don't even need to face the interview. It's just bhaichara.
Thats why most of there projects have gone off of there hands.

      Answer Question

    Negotiation

    There is no negotiation process.
