I interviewed with the Hiring Manager over the phone who told me he was interested in moving forward and that's where the fun started. I had to hold days/weeks open so they could accommodate everyone on their schedule. I get one day's notice to fly down with no schedule details - it felt like pulling teeth to get any information. The recruiter then calls to say "Oops - they changed the job description and are not moving forward with any candidates." To say I felt jerked around is an understatement - for over 2 months. Asking candidates to hold multiple weeks open is ridiculous. I have such a negative impression of this company I am tempted to write to the President. Just beware!
