Interviewed Apr 2010 in Newark, DE (took a day)
It was not as formal as I thought it should have been, most of the questions asked did not cover the job description as advertised on their website. I tried to talk about my current working experience, but it seem they were more concern with how I would handle employee flare ups, rather than how to subvert such flares from arising.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Jersey City, NJ (took 2 days)
Pretty quick turnaround.. Got a call to schedule an interview. Had a 1:1 with my manager and then was called right after for a phone interview with several of the VPs within the department that I would be working in. Basic questions. I think the team mostly looks for fit so there were a lot of behavioral questions with some mild touching on technical knowledge.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
I was sent an email to set up a phone interview. It was conducted by a person from HR.
The interview mainly consisted of questions about my resume: past internships, year abroad etc., the the usual questions 1) Why JP Morgan? 2) Why this division? 3) How does JP differentiate from its competitors? There were also a few questions regarding the current market situation (only commodities in my case).

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took a day)
Phone recruiter does majority of interview and passes it on to hiring manager. Show common sense with the hiring manager and you should be fine. The recruiters are generally very out of touch with the job so take everything they say with a grain of salt regarding title and description of duties.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Washington, DC (took 2 days)
First round was a 30 minute phone interview, was called in for a second interview a few days later. The second interview took place over 6.5 hours and was conducted by a dozen employees 1-2 at a time. Very repetitive, a lot of discussion of my interest in the field and the company in particular. A couple questions designed to test my analytical abilities that were not too hard.
