No Offer – Interviewed in San Francisco, CA – Reviewed May 13, 2013 New

Interview Details – Applied online and took some sort of personality test. From what I heard most people are actually weeded out through this test. Got a call about an interview about a week later. Went to the interview and filled out a packet of questions first, then met with the branch manager. Talked for a little while and she was somewhat interested in my random skills on my resume. Eventually it came to training days which were a bit of a problem for me since I had school.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in East Grand Rapids, MI Feb 2012 – Reviewed Mar 13, 2013

Interview Details – The interview was about an hour long and the questions were typical of any other interview I have had. The atmosphere was relaxed and I was interviewed by both the assistant manager and branch manager at the same time. I also took two tests online (if I am remembering correctly). There was a math-type test and a personality test. HR called me later on in the week to let me know I got the job.
