Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Conducted multiple phone interviews. First phone interview consisted of behavioral questions and reasons why I wanted to joining the finance industry. Also asked a few outside the box questions, riddle type questions which was surprising for a first interview. The second phone interview was easier. Again, behavioral questions and market based questions.

It's two rounds: first round general questions about your CV, your motivation and some brainteasers + numerical test. Second round is desk-specifc, but generally personal interviews with some knowledge-questions, but mostly a relaxed chat.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 2+ weeks)
Applied via Career Website and was contacted ~3 weeks later.
First round interview was a phone conference with 2 people. They asked mainly behavioral questions, with a few tailored specifically to my thoughts of the current market situation.
After the interview, the said HR would take a bit of time to get back to me. ~10 days later, I interviewed again, via phone conference with a person from the respective office and an HR rep. These questions were based more so on the actual position-- less behavioral. What do you think you'll be doing, what's do you think a typical day looks like.. etc..?
Received an offer about 10 days later. Never interviewed face-to-face

Interviewed Feb 2009 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 days)
The initial communication was very open and I was invited to first-round interviews in Frankfurt. There I was interviewed by three bankers of different seniority with questions including some valuation and technical bits but mainly fit questions. I was then invited to an assessment day in the London office where I was interviewed with 5 other candidates. We had 1:1 interviews, a presentation on a case and a group discussion. The reason for my rejection was the fact that I had not responded too well to other team members but was too critical of what was being said.

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took a day)
Very long for a phone interview. The interviewer called me from HK and told me that it'll take around 45 minutes. Very structured interview consisting of personality test (failures in life, how I work in teams etc.), general IQ questions and specific finance/economics questions (on bonds, current marker stats etc.)

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took a day)
I applied for their summer internship in Sales and Trading. I only got to the first round phone interview. I believe that the full process is two rounds of phone interviews and then one day of several interviews in New York. One thing they were great about was letting you know quickly, either positively or negatively, how you did.
