Interviewed Feb 2012 in Houston, TX (took 2 weeks)
Recruiter contacted me about a KYC Analyst position because she saw my resume online. I did a 5 minute phone interview a week later and they flew me to Columbus for a interview.
Just curious if anyone else interviewed and heard anything yet?

I interviewed wit them for a consulting role and spoke to the hiring manager and 2 senior managers. The process was quick and efficient as a consultant. I appreciate they didn't require to bring me in for a face to face. That gets a little difficult for a consultant.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 2 days)
3 in-person interview. 2 of them were very technical. 1 with manager. The whole process seemed rather poorly coordinated. Took almost 4 weeks to complete the process. Technical questions focused on specific technologies being used, rather than more general questions. Did not have a good idea of what projects the people were working on.

Negotiation Details
Everything thing depends on your Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. they can be very accommodating or they'll just mess with the schedule to see you suffer.
Bank work requires paying lots of attention to minor detail in very short time. there are alot of Acts and regulations to remember and they keep changing.

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Conducted multiple phone interviews. First phone interview consisted of behavioral questions and reasons why I wanted to joining the finance industry. Also asked a few outside the box questions, riddle type questions which was surprising for a first interview. The second phone interview was easier. Again, behavioral questions and market based questions.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Lewisville, TX (took 3 weeks)
Week1: I was interviewed by hiring manager and the manager was very interested about a particular area of my accomplishment. Week2: I was interviewed by a technical person who works outside the functional area of the hiring manager. Week3: On-site interviewed by hiring manager. It was all about management questions. During the interview I figured out the stated job description and what they are looking for is different. My career would suffer if I should join the particular position. I felt that they had no idea what they were looking into a candidate. It was waste of my time, I felt, other than gaining some interview experience. I had no idea why they even called me for on-site because it was not a match.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 3 days)
2 interviewers. One asked more about related experience/interests, as well as personality questions. The other asked some generic technical questions (pretty easy ones about OO, etc.). Would have been pretty easy, but one interviewer cut me off a few times, which annoyed me. A few days later, I heard that I did not make it to the next round.
