Interviewed Nov 2011 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 2 weeks)
First interview with BB, or rather in IBD industry. Wasn't expecting it to be so technical. Standard tell me about yourself, strengths/weakness, then asked if you follow the markets - i said yes, do you think (index in the market you follow) will go up or down tomorrow? Why? Pitch me a stock.

Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 2 days)
The people from JP Morgan were very friendly and professional. For recruiting undergrads, they mostly asked fit/behavioral questions so it wasn't stressful or intimidating. They were mainly just trying to get to know me better. They recruited a large number of schools over a few weeks so it takes some time to get back to you.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 4+ weeks)
Expect a lot of interviews. HR screening phone, Manager phone, Peer phone, 4 managers in functional areas candidate would be working with phone, Peer Phone, Manager face to face, Peer face to face. Expect Logic problems, questions around problem solving, Project management, Systems Analysis and design, SDLC. Managing peers and managing managers and execs expectations on top of the regular interview questions around handling difficult situations, tell me little about yourself etc.

They ask what you are expecting (know what you are worth use glassdoor and other resources) their offer was in line with what market dictates and I got a little extra (probably because of my experiece and MBA). The offer process(after I knew that they were going to be making me an offer) took weeks, needed CIO approval but they came back with only 2000 less than what I had asked for but offered another additional 7000 in bonus based on performance.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Feb 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
The interview process started by 9:45 am and the first three tests were written, basically test of communication skills, numerical ability and reasoning ability tests.. every round was an elimination round, so after every round, there were fewer candidates left. After that there was a written test for basic accountancy.
Once you have cleared that the level, the next round is GD, where you have to select a topic yourself and then speak on it for a minute or so.
Following GD, there will be 1:1 interview, which lasted to about 45 minutes, where the questions were varied, ranging from questions on financial skills, to analyzing your capability to handle pressure. After that there were further 3 rounds of interview, out of which the final round was the HR interview.
Overall, the interview process was quite good, where the questions asked went from general financial knowledge to more specified regarding the position applied for. Overall, the interviewers were quite friendly and professional and mostly the interview process was two way because they encourage you to ask questions as well.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Detroit, MI (took 2 weeks)
The networking and first 1:1 interview went really well. The second on site interview was bad. First the HR person sent a confirmation email with spelling and grammer errors as well as wrong dates. Did not pay to drive two hours. As well as the person I interviewed with was very arrogant. He made me do a role play, which I thought I did really well on, but he pointed out errors which werent even relevant to the role play scenario. I didnt get an offer because he didnt like me as an individual.
Seems like a good company to work for if you are interested in being tied down, and having no autonomy.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

Interviewed Mar 2012 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
I was highly disappointed with a lack of respect demonstrated by HR toward job applicants. Also no specific interview time was scheduled and I had to spend a whole day awaiting for it.
