No Offer – Interviewed in Dublin, Dublin (Ireland) Mar 2011 – Reviewed Oct 31, 2011
Interview Details – After applying and passing the psychometric test, 12 of us sat two one-on-one interviews. The first was a general interview, the second more skills based. Each interview was 45 minutes long but not difficult in terms of content. The following day, 6 of us were called back for an assessment day consisting of a presentation, group exercise, and final interview. This was much more challenging; the presentation required a cool head and wasn't too difficult. The group process was tough, and competitive. Final interview was just a cap on the day.
