Interview Details – You first have to apply online for the specific positions and locations desired. After doing so, depending on the position you applied for, you will take a test related to that position. After completing the application process, you may or may not be contacted by a recruiter. If you are contacted a phone interview will be conducted. Basic questions about your employment history will be asked. If you pass this phase you are then invited for an in-person interview with a branch manager. At this point, typical interview questions are asked.
Interview Question – I was asked to role-play the role of a banker. The idea was to see how well I can strike a conversation and keep it going. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No real room to negotiate.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 3 weeks.
