Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 3+ weeks)

I initialy applied online for this position at the company's website. The online application included an IQ test to assure that all applicants will be able to pass the series 6 & 63 exams. A week or so later I was contacted by someone in HR to set up a phone interview. The phone interview asked basic background questions and asked for specific examples of my experiences. I was called a week after the phone interview by the bank manager. We met in person for an interview.
