Applied Online. Received email requesting for interview. Interviewed by Vice President of department and Team Leader. 1 hour interview asking questions on background, what my previious employment consisted of. My career goals in the the future. My relationship with difficult clients and former difficult colleagues. explain technical jargon that requires to conduct my previous role. My knowledge of the position i wish to apply for. Why should JP Morgan hire me? my personal expectations of whats required of me to conduct the role i wish to apply for. Called back for second interview with HR & Manager. currently in process. Do as much research regarding the role and be prepared to explain technical skills on your CV! Explain bad/good situations in previous roles. If gaps between employment explain what you did to keep you occupied and motivated.
