Interviewed Mar 2012 in Newark, DE (took a day)
I first noticed the internship opportunity on my college's job website. To apply, you had to submit your resume and transcript through the college website and then also complete a very long application form online. Once you were selected, you were to select an interview time slot at your college career center. Before you arrive, the applicant had to complete two more applications before the interview. At the interview, there were several young employees to greet you and answer questions that applicants might have. At the interview, the process was pretty standard - asked you questions about yourself, why you are interested in the company/position and why you should be chosen. I interviewed with 2 different interviewers and the whole process took about an hour. Both interviewers were very helpful and kind. In the next week or two, you received an email to notify you on whether you were being considered or not. I was selected, and was then asked to complete another application on the company's website before they could give me their final decision. Once that was completed, I received a phone call to tell me that I was selected for the internship program. During the phone conversation, they explained how long the internship would take place, what the compensation would be, and told me that I had 1 week to consider the offer. Once you submitted your acceptance, you had to fill out some more information for the company and there you are!

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Newark, DE (took a day)
Up to 5 one-on-one interviews. The more you get, the better you did. KNOW WHY YOU WANT THE JOB AND WHY THEY SHOULD HIRE YOU!! It's going to be very important to know before you get there and be able to express it to your interviewers. It doesn't matter about YOU or what YOU want....it's about THEM and what THEY will get out of you. You need to be able to connect the two. They want someone who has a clear career goal path with them and will stay long-term. The questions in the interview are very basic, but I would not recommend BSing your way through.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Newark, DE (took a day)
It was not as formal as I thought it should have been, most of the questions asked did not cover the job description as advertised on their website. I tried to talk about my current working experience, but it seem they were more concern with how I would handle employee flare ups, rather than how to subvert such flares from arising.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Newark, DE (took a day)
Interviewing process was extremely brief and smooth. The single interviewer did not ask a single technical question. They were mostly behavioral questions and resume confirming questions. She was professional and casual at the same time. The interview felt almost like a conversation.
The only advise I have is to look on different websites for general and behavioral interview questions. Also, get some sleep and relax.
