Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 4 days)
I got a call for the 1:1 interview and was given few days for preparation.
The style of interview was really nice as it didn't contain the questions like : "tell me about the time of your life when..." Questions: straight forward, based on the cv and the skills they was looking for.
Both interviewers was really nice and give detailed description of the role, was open to answer the questions about the department.
Even though they didn't proceed with my application, they gave me a really nice feedback.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Columbus, OH (took 2 months)
Very unorganized. Took a bus full of students from the college and made them interview with random teams. The interviews were not based on skills of interests. Next they called me for a second onsite where I interviewed with 5 different people. The interviews were technical and behavioral. They grilled me based on my resume which is only fair. They never got back with the results!

Interviewed May 2011 (took 3 weeks)
Had an hour long phone interview. I thought it went pretty bad but I got an email a week later from HR asking me to come to NY for several 1:1 interviews. They went much better than the phone interview, the questions were more focused. Didn't hear back from anyone for 2 weeks, so I emailed HR for an update. Was told three days later that I didn't make the cut.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Columbus, OH (took 1 week)
One 1:1 interview with a guy talking much about the JP Morgan "big picture" and asked me question about using SAS as a modeling tool. He challenged me several details about my example of using SAS. Later I was sent to a office of two other people. They asked me questions about my interests and also focused on SAS skills. They asked questions such as how you evaluate a linear regression model and how u determine the importance of the attributes in the model....

Interviewed Oct 2010 in City of London, England (United Kingdom) (took a day)
There were two interviews, both competency based. One was an associate and read the questions from the sheet and took down notes. The second was a MD and he seemed would ask questions sometimes related to what he had to ask or sometimes random, such as : Would you invest in a Hedge Fund? I also heard some candidates were asked to do some quick arithmetic and were questioned on Black-Scholes. It was fairly relaxed.

Interviewed Feb 2010 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 3 weeks)
Was quite a long process for this role. Also asked quite a few technical questions. Had a phone interview after which had 2 1:1 interviews. Was mainly asked about current work experience, and management experience. Towards the end there were a number of quantitative questions including greeks (first and second order)

Interviewed Sep 2008 in London, England (United Kingdom) (took 4+ weeks)
My impressions of the risk team were good and they wanted to hire me. However, it was clear the traders had a beef with the risk team as they did not give me a fair interview and vetoed me. I subsequently found out that the risk team was canned because of this disagreement with front office, so I had a lucky escape!
