Interviewed Jan 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 2 days)
3 in-person interview. 2 of them were very technical. 1 with manager. The whole process seemed rather poorly coordinated. Took almost 4 weeks to complete the process. Technical questions focused on specific technologies being used, rather than more general questions. Did not have a good idea of what projects the people were working on.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Mumbai (India) (took 2 weeks)
1. Got a call from Recruitment Agency refering to opening
2. Had a Level 1 Telephonic Interview.
3. Had a Level 2 Telephonic Interview
4. Had a Face-to-Face personal Interview.
5. Had a HR interview for discussing salary other details. Was told that the offer letter would be rolled out he same day.
6. Got a call the next day saying Global Interview would be first conducted.
7. An Interview with Global Account Manager was conducted. The Interviewer told me that he was satisfied and an offer would be soon rolled out
8. Got nothing for another week
9. On contact HR was told to wait for 1 week
10. After another week, still no word. On contact was told that my offer has been put on hold and would be
notified in a few days.
11. In a few days when contacted again. The HR tells me that they will not be offering me.

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
